2018 Tax Budget (Proposed)

Council will vote on the Tax Budget at the June 27th Council Meeting.  A public hearing was held on June 13th.  The 2018 Tax Budget can be reviewed by clicking here.

The Village of Greenhills is one of the first municipalities in the region to participate in Ohio Checkbook!You can check it out here.


Income Taxes - RITA
The Village of Greenhills has an income tax rate of 1.5%.  Residents of the Village may receive a credit up to .5% for income taxes paid to another municipality.  The Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) handles Income Tax processing for the Village. Upcoming Tax Levies 
A renewal levy will be on the ballot in November of 2017 for "Current Operating Expenses".  The renewal levy is for 3.89 mills and generates approximately $193,780.  This levy has been 3.89 mills since 2002.  The cost per $100,000 of property value is $113.85.
