Board of Zoning Appeals
The Village of Greenhills Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) consists of five members. The Board hears appeals of persons aggrieved by a decision of the Village’s zoning official. Specific responsibilities of the Board of Zoning Appeals are outlined in the Greenhills Code of Ordinances Section 1151.05.
The Board meets on an as-needed basis.
To appeal a zoning decision, download the application here, complete it in its entirety and submit the application and the appropriate fee to the Village of Greenhills.
