Reserving Village Facilities
The Village has a number of wonderful venues that can be reserved for approved functions. The rental application for 2026 can be downloaded here.
The facilities that are available for rental include:
The Commons is the centerpiece of the Village. The Gazebo is located on the Commons and is rented as part of the Commons. The Commons is home to community events such as the summer Concerts on the Commons series. The Village does NOT rent the Commons and / or the Gazebo for weddings or for-profit ventures.
Greenhills Market Stand
Located behind the Greenhills Shopping Center, the Greenhills Farmer's Market Stand is an original structure in Greenhills. There is electric available at this location.
The Picnic Shelter is located in the midst of the Village’s recreation area, making it a perfect location to picnic. Combine your function with a swim at the pool. There are grills available and plenty of parking. Restrooms are available at this location.
Spoils Field is a unique home-town ball field and a favorite of many leagues and tournaments. An outdoor deck, satellite television and great concessions complete the perfect setting for a day of ballgames. Call the Municipal Building at 513.825.2100 for more information.

The Greenhills Fire and Police Departments are identifying anyone who is deaf, hard of hearing, or incapacitated who might need assistance during a weather warning.
