Sample Data-Articles

Thanks to a partnership with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), we have secured at-home rapid Covid-19 testing kits for distribution to our community. Test Kits are available for pickup at the Municipal Building. Your name and other information will not be recorded when you pick up test kits. All that is required of us is to keep track of the number of tests distributed so that we can report weekly distribution numbers to the ODH.

This test is taken during a telehealth visit. DO NOT OPEN YOUR KIT UNTIL YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO DURING YOUR TELEHEALTH VISIT. All that is required is that you have an internet-abled device for the telehealth visit. The kit is slightly larger than a cell phone, contains everything you need for the test and requires that you download an app.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

You may pick up these tests for you and/or your family members as needed.

Please only take what you plan to use. Do not take it to keep on hand. We don’t have a shortage and can always order more.

Please wear a mask to enter the Municipal Building.

Test Kits may be picked up at the Greenhills Municipal Building:

11000 Winton Road, Greenhills Ohio 45218

7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Another program year for the Home Improvement Repair grant program is underway!  To be eligible, you must own your home, meet certain income criteria, and could not have previously received a grant through this program. The amount of each grant is based on income and family size.  The grant can be used for exterior improvements such as painting, siding, gutters, roofs, doors, windows, steps, railings, sidewalks and driveways.

f you qualify, this program can provide up to $2,000 for those repairs that do not need to be concerned with historic compliance and up to $5,000 if the proposed work is within the National Historic Landmark district and involves historic restorations or renovations that meet historic guidelines - as determined by the age of your home and the extent to which the proposed improvement matches original features of the structure.

Program guidelines and the application are available by CLICKING HERE.
